Although our area of expertise is in the area of wood-based products, we can also cut and assemble plastic and light metal parts as well. Emerald CNC generally focuses on CNC cutting of wood sheet materials, edge banding, horizontal boring, and CAD design.

Emerald CNC can work with your in-house design team to optimize your CAD drawings. We can assist you with design issues and help with proper material selection.

We do contract manufacturing of mechanical & electronic products including OEM components & parts. We have affiliates who specialize in laser cutting, CNC machining of metals, powder coating, and metal bending.

We also draw on expertise found within GCI Manufacturing, which offers options for custom computer systems, LCD monitors, dedicated kiosks, specialized software, gaming devices, custom electronic components & computer interfaces. We are fully capable of custom circuit board design and have access to many electronics suppliers in the US and overseas.
